A graduate of Washington University School of Law in St. Louis in 1987, Mr. Hocking was admitted to the Missouri Bar in October, 1987.  Since his admission, Mr. Hocking has practiced law in the areas of real estate, estate planning, probate, civil litigation, landlord-tenant, traffic, and personal injury.  In August, 2001, Mr. Hocking formed The Traffic Stop and relocated his office to the Normandy area.  In January, 2007, he formed Hocking and Dulle, LLC with his partners, Chris Dulle.

Mr. Hocking was born in Salina, Kansas and attended Kansas State University where he received an undergraduate degree in Accounting.  He is married with two children.
